Questions
We don't have a TV. What do we need?
Most gyms already have a screen: a 40 € stick is enough. Otherwise a 43-inch TV and a stick cost around 290 €, paid back by the time saved in two or three months.
Does it work with our management software?
WhiteboardTV works on its own, whatever software you use for bookings and payments. You import your programming in any format.
What if the Wi-Fi drops during class?
The TV keeps the session on screen and the timer runs from its own clock. It reconnects by itself.
Can we use the official CrossFit programming?
If your box subscribes to it, you import it yourself like any other programming and show it on your own TV. CrossFit and HYROX are trademarks of their owners; WhiteboardTV is independent.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your screens show a neutral pause screen and the app becomes read-only. Your data is kept 90 days and everything comes back as soon as you subscribe again.
Who sees the programming?
Only your team. Drafts stay private to the owner until published, and each gym's data is kept separate.
